Why Sauna?

 

The pleasurable experience of freshness and relaxation are achieved after a Sauna session.  The session opens up skin pores and makes it easier to sweat, resulting in release of toxins from the body. 

 

The warm steam in the Sauna speeds up heart beat, hence, blood circulation in all parts of the body, making weight loss easier and quicker.

 

It works positively on the metabolism; improves the immune system, reduces cold related fever, and is known medically to be effective on problems and pain related with sinusitis, bronchitis, laryngitis, and the like. It is also effective in releiving contracted muscles and joint pains.

 

Usage of the Sauna 20 minutes before any massage session will reasult in a more enjoyable and effective experience by relaxing the body.

 

Points for attention Sauna:

 

  • Our sauna is for unisex usage; please take a loincloth from the reception.
  • Avoid eating 2 hours before using the sauna.
  • Please take a shower before using the sauna.
  • Please dry your body before using the sauna, never use it with wet body.
  • While using the sauna, please take of your metal accesories such as watch, bracelet, mobile phone, etc.
  • During the sauna session, if the indicator of hygrometer is between
  • 10 – 20, please pour a dipper of water over the stones of the heater.
  • Please don’t pour water on the wooden parts of the sauna.
  • An average sauna session should not exceed the 10 to 15 minutes interval.
  • Please be careful  not leaving the door of the sauna open.
  • Drink as much liquid as you can after the sauna session.
  • In case of emergency activate the buton under the indicators.
